Michael Richards was born on 24 July 1949 in Culver city of California, United States. His father William Richards was an electrical engineer while his mother Phyllis was a librarian in medical record house. Michael initially went to “Thousand Oaks High School”, and after graduating from this school, he joined US army in 1970.
