Professional Life and Career
Tito Ortiz started wrestling during his sophomore year. He was very good at sports and won the CIF championship at 189 pounds. When he was a senior, he finished fourth in the state tournament. In 1997, he made his debut in martial arts at UFC 13. In the Light Heavyweight final, he was set to face Guy Mezger after Enson Inoue couldn’t face him due to an injury. Unfortunately, Tito lost the game.
He, however, never gave up. Due to his determination, he got involved in many other Tournaments and won most of them. After winning many of the fights, he decided to call it quits after fighting his last Tournament in 2012. Unfortunately, he lost to Forrest Griffin on 7th July 2012. Just as he had promised, he retired from MMA.
After retirement, he started his own management company, which is known as “Primetime 360 Entertainment and Sports Management INC’. Tito decided to try out another round on 24th November 2018. He won by knockout in the very first round the tournament becoming his first trilogy win.
