In the year 1976, he built a corporate document system, and at that time, he met Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs. He helped them to settle their intense discussions about computer designs and the future of this industry. He called both of them to his home and advised them about it. In the total two hours of conversation, Jobs told him about founding Computer Company, which is led by Wozniak and Jobs.

They told that Wayne could get 10% of stake to work as a tie-breaker in all of their decisions. When Wayne was 41 years old, he wrote a partnership agreement with them, and then all of the three people founded Apple Company on 1st April in the year 1976. He was the one who wrote the first Apple Log and also wrote the manual for it.

Wayne had failed in a business of his slot machines due to which he had experienced it. At that time, Jobs and Wozniak were 21 & 25 years old. Wayne had his assets which could be seized by potential creditors in case of any debts. He quit the company because he didn’t want to face financial risk and was interested in engineering instead of finance.

After twelve days, he wrote a document that was created by Apple and then came back to the registrar’s office and called up for his role in Apple Company.
