Eric started working for the New York Mercantile Exchange as a commodities trader before he joined the TV industry. He also served NYMEX, which is now CME Group, as the board of directors for five good years before becoming a strategic adviser. In 2005 and 2006, his name was on the Monthly Top 100 Traders list. Bolling’s last company to work for before joining Fox Business Network was CNBC’s Fast Money.
He joined the new Fox Business Network in August 2007 in the network’s financial analysts department. He also hosted a shoe that was known as ‘Happy Hour’ for several years. In 2011, he criticized the decision of Barack Obama to meet with Ali Bongo Odimba (Gabon’s President) in the White House. He also worked as a co-host of “The Five” that was being aired on the “Fox News Channel.”
He started his own show in August of 2017 (Fox News Specialist) alongside Eboni Williams and Katherine Timpf. The show was, however, canceled when he lost his job at Fox News after a female employee accused him of making “wildly inappropriate” comments. He joined CRTV in summer 2018.
